Ausverify Origin™ provides independent commercial visual and documentary origin assessment services only. We are NOT a government agency, customs authority, chamber of commerce or official certification body. Our reports, seals and labels do NOT constitute official Certificates of Origin, regulatory approvals or customs clearances. Inspections are carried out on a random sample basis unless otherwise agreed in writing — we do not inspect every unit or package in all circumstances. All services are performed with reasonable care and skill consistent with standard commercial practice in Australia.

2. Privacy & Data Protection / 隐私与数据保护

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We only collect information necessary to provide our services and manage our business. Personal information is never sold, shared or disclosed for unsolicited marketing purposes. Data may be processed via secure cloud hosting, email or business tools (including Microsoft 365, Xero, Tradify) and may be stored outside Australia only where permitted by law or secure service terms. Records are retained for the period required by Australian tax, legal and regulatory obligations, then securely deleted. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details above.

Our business chop, tamper‑evident labels and branding are identification marks only — they do not imply accreditation, certification or government endorsement. Tamper‑evident seals and labels are applied only to items we personally inspected and verified — unmarked items have not been inspected by us. Digital and physical reports are protected by copyright. You may use them for your internal business and supply‑chain reference only. You may not reproduce, alter, resell, sublicense or distribute them to unrelated third parties without our prior written permission. Our reports reflect findings only at the time of inspection. We accept no obligation to update or re‑verify goods or documents after the inspection date.

4. Liability & Disclaimers / 责任范围与免责声明

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 including Schedule 2 (Australian Consumer Law). Our total aggregate liability arising from this policy or any service provided is limited to the total fees actually paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, financial or trade losses, loss of profit or penalties arising from use of our reports or assessments. Our assessment is based on information, documents and goods made available to us at the time of inspection; we are not responsible for inaccuracies caused by incomplete, false or withheld information provided by you or third parties.

All branding, designs, report formats, processes and content published by Ausverify Origin™ remain the exclusive property of Garry Reynolds. You may not copy, adapt or use any part of our materials for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Terms of Use / 使用条款

By accessing our website, requesting or receiving our services you agree: To use our services and reports only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Australian and international trade, sanctions and export control laws; Not to represent our assessments or documents as official government or certification documents; To provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services. These policies and terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
